JOSHUA T. MOORE

Josh Moore has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and is the third generation of the Moore family to specialize in this field.  His current responsibilities as CEO of ReConstruction Services include new business development, maintaining client relations, marketing, personnel management, capital allocation, project management, quality control, and the day-to-day operations of the entire firm. 

Prior to joining ReConstruction Services, Josh worked at a multi-million dollar construction firm that specialized in multi-family housing for over 15 years in a variety of capacities.  His responsibilities included directing all facets of sales, maintaining client relations, project management (from bidding to completion), staffing logistics, marketing, and much more.

JAMIE L. MOORE

With over 15 years of experience in the fixed income securities industry, Jamie Moore brings a wealth of knowledge in financial decision-making to ReConstruction Services.  In her role as CFO, Ms. Moore plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates the firm's fiscal function and performance.  She evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, the introduction of new programs/strategies, and any required regulatory action.  Jamie also provides timely and accurate analyses of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist the CEO in performing his responsibilities.

KEVIN B. PLYLER

Prior to joining our team, Kevin served as a painter and carpenter at Cooks Home Improvement from 2007-2010.  He then worked as a property manager for Nashvillas from 2010-2014.  Kevin then explored his passion for yoga, becoming a Yoga Instructor at Midtown Yoga & Delta Groove Yoga, while simultaneously working as a Customer Service Representative at Lululemon Athletica.  

Kevin's front line experience in painting and carpentry, as well as property management, makes him an excellent supervisor of quality control.  His timely, friendly, and proactive service will help enhance our future business growth.

Kevin started as a Field Manager before being promoted to Executive Manager and then Senior Executive Manager. His current responsibilities include new business development, maintaining client relations, marketing, personnel management, project management, and quality control.


Senior Project & Acquisitions Manager

William a. garavelli

Will brings over a decade of expertise in the commercial real estate industry, with a sharp focus on multifamily properties.  He has served in pivotal roles, including Head of Investments and Construction at Stella Maris Property Management, where he excelled in sourcing distressed assets, finalizing construction budgets, overseeing project administration, and achieving asset stabilization.  Will’s early career at Hyde Capital honed his skills in portfolio growth and renovation oversight in which he sourced and facilitated the acquisition of 1,000+ multifamily units.

As a dynamic team leader, Will is known for his unwavering work ethic, relentless pursuit of excellence, and innate ability to forge strong client and investor relationships.  His adaptability to rapid change and passion for networking have been instrumental in his success.  Will is an invaluable asset to our team at Reconstruction Services, where he continues to drive excellence in the real estate arena.

Will's responsibilities include new business development, maintaining client relations, marketing, personnel management, capital allocation, project management, quality control (from bidding to completion), daily operations, and all aspects of new acquisitions (including sourcing, underwriting, negotiations, due diligence analysis, and property transition from closing into management).


Associate Project Manager

Karrie s. aster

Prior to joining our ReConstruction Services, Karrie spent over a decade in the service industry managing cross-functional teams and mastering the art of customer service. Her outstanding organizational, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills make her an incredible asset.

Karrie started as an Assistant Manager and now holds the title of Associate Project Manager. Her responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours, as well as customer service and quality control.
